Finding seats was horrible
We were seated in row R12 which is an elevated floor seats. So I followed the signs that said floor seating. Once I got to the bottom and show my ticket to one of your staff they redirected me to the other side to access my seats. which meant that I had to go all the way back up and out of the seating area and then access another floor seats entrance. We did that and when we got to the bottom of that access we were told that we had to go back to where we started. So we had to climb the stairs again to access another entrance. This time I found someone that appeared to be a supervisor as he did not have on a blue shirt but he did have a walkie talkie. He took us to another floor access and sent us down to which we were told by another employee that we were in the wrong spot again! At this point I'm quite frustrated and this gentlemen offered to take us to the correct entrance which he did but at that point we had been in the arena for an hour and had missed all of the opening acts but 2 songs.
